The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has reopened the online application process for the recruitment of Assistant District Attorney (ADA) posts. Candidates who had already submitted their applications earlier do not need to apply again unless they wish to make corrections or update their details. Eligibility Criteria for ADA Posts
Applicants interested in the Assistant District Attorney recruitment must hold an LLB degree from a recognized university or institution in India. Along with the law degree, candidates should have studied either Hindi or Sanskrit up to Class 10 level.
Another important requirement is registration as an advocate with the Bar Council. Only candidates with valid advocate registration will be considered eligible for these posts.
Age Limit Details
The minimum age required for this recruitment is 21 years, while the upper age limit is 42 years. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, OBC, and PwD categories will receive age relaxation as per Haryana Government rules. In some cases, the maximum age limit may extend up to 52 years.

Application Fee
Candidates from the General category will have to pay an application fee of ₹1000.
For candidates belonging to EWS, OBC categories, and women candidates from Haryana state, the application fee has been fixed at ₹250. The fee must be paid through online mode during the application process.
