Who is Eligible to Apply?
- Candidates who have completed a B.Sc. in Chemistry with Physics as a subject and have also passed NCVT certification in the Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) trade are eligible to apply.
- Additionally, candidates holding a full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Technology, along with one year of BOAT training after the diploma, can also apply.
Applicants who have completed industrial training combined with a theory and practical diploma course and secured the required percentage of marks are also considered eligible.

RCFL Operator Chemical Trainee Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process for the Operator (Chemical) Trainee post will be conducted in three stages:

- Skill Test
- Medical

Salary and Training Benefits
During the six-month training period, selected candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹22,000 per month. They will also be provided with shared hostel accommodation and medical facilities at RCFL hospital.
After successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed in Grade II (A6) with a pay scale ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹60,000. The minimum monthly salary at this level is approximately ₹47,800.
