JKSSB RECRUITMENT 2026 : The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has started a major recruitment drive for 130 posts in multiple government departments. Candidates who have completed Graduation, Diploma, ITI, or 10+2 can submit their online applications through the official website from June 22, 2026, to July 21, 2026. The recruitment includes technical as well as non-technical posts, giving opportunities to candidates from different educational backgrounds. Applicants are advised to check the eligibility details carefully before applying online.

Application Fee
The application fee has been fixed category-wise by the board.
- General, OBC, RBA, ALC and IB Male Candidates: Rs 600
- SC, ST-1, ST-2, EWS and PwBD Candidates: Rs 500
The fee must be paid online while submitting the application form.

Selection Process
- Written Examination : Candidates will first appear in an OMR-based written examination. The paper will contain objective-type questions in English language only. JKSSB will also apply negative marking, where one-fourth marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Document Verification : Candidates qualifying the written exam will be called for document verification. Applicants must carry original certificates along with self-attested photocopies. Failure to provide valid documents may result in cancellation of candidature.
- Medical Examination : Shortlisted candidates will finally undergo a medical fitness test. Only medically fit candidates will be considered for final appointment.
